<p>As such, I just wanted to post an example of a new way we are making marketing videos for our properties.  We are combining pictures and video to create a more music video style of tour.  Let us know what you think.</p>

Sounds easy, right?  Stick an ad up on craigslist and, magically, you are using the full power of Web 2.0 marketing.</p>
<p>Not really&#8230;let me briefly explain.</p>
<p>Yes, craigslist is part of the internet marketing mix, but it is ineffective to use it alone. To get a home rented fast, you need more&#8230;much more. We use 60 or so marketing outlets when trying it get a home rented. In addition to those submissions, we use geo-specific <a href="http://tampabay.rentalhomematchmaker.com/south-tampa-rentals" target="_blank">Google Adwords campaigns</a> to build a cache of quality potential renters. Besides, some people just don&#8217;t feel comfortable on craigslist&#8230;why alienate all those potential renters?</p>

<p>Why are Google rankings important? Well, Google rankings decide how Google treats our site when people use their search engine to find information.  The better your Google rankings, the higher you appear in the search results.</p>
<p>Before I get too wordy on the subject, let&#8217;s say that we use every tool possible to ensure that your vacant home is easy to find online. In another post, I&#8217;ll explain what we do to increase the effectiveness of the pages people land on when they find your home&#8217;s online website.</p>
