Not really…let me briefly explain.

Yes, craigslist is part of the internet marketing mix, but it is ineffective to use it alone. To get a home rented fast, you need more…much more. We use 60 or so marketing outlets when trying it get a home rented. In addition to those submissions, we use geo-specific Google Adwords campaigns to build a cache of quality potential renters. Besides, some people just don’t feel comfortable on craigslist…why alienate all those potential renters?

One of our more recent SEO (Search Engine Optimization) finds is Thumtack.com This site allows us to ad a service, like Tampa Property Management, to their site and help increase our Google rankings.

Why are Google rankings important? Well, Google rankings decide how Google treats our site when people use their search engine to find information.  The better your Google rankings, the higher you appear in the search results.

Before I get too wordy on the subject, let’s say that we use every tool possible to ensure that your vacant home is easy to find online. In another post, I’ll explain what we do to increase the effectiveness of the pages people land on when they find your home’s online website.
